More and more companies are looking to minimise the impact their activities have on the environment.

We encourage this and would like to offer environmentally-thoughtful measures wherever it is practical and possible. When planning an event we take into consideration:

• What can be managed electronically
• How to minimise carbon emissions for travelling delegates and speakers
• Where we can save energy
• What can be recycled or re-used
• The environmental policies of the venues and external suppliers we use

Eventia One Future Initiative

Oxford International is a primary adopter of the Eventia One Future Initiative. This is a scheme which allows clients to offset the emissions caused by their event and also fund carbon social responsibility education in primary schools.
