This month our Senior Account Manager, Liz Harper, wants to give a special mention to the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Hotel in Orlando. She recently arranged an Investigator Meeting there and was overwhelmed by the exceptionally high level of staff morale and outstanding level of service during her stay.

Liz commented, “During the event we spoke to various members of staff and were impressed to hear how many of them had worked at the hotel for 15, 20 and even 25 years! This alone speaks volumes in terms of staff experience. Not a single hotel employee passed our desk without stopping to check whether we needed any assistance and to make sure that we were okay.”

Liz goes on, “We work with many hotels across the world and I would go as far as to say that this is amongst the best service I have ever encountered. The hotel’s exciting new refurbishment is due to be completed by Spring 2010 and in my view this will make it a property that will be hard to match in the future.”
